UNITED NATIONS GLOBAL COMPACT
In2014, PANDORA continued as amember of theUnited
NationsGlobal Compact and also remained active in the
Global Compact NordicNetwork. PANDORA continues to
support theGlobal Compact, whichwe recognise tobe the
most important sustainability initiative across industries.
STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION
It is PANDORA’s policy to be open and transparent about
our CSR efforts and results.Wemaintaine a comprehensive
CSR sectionon our corporatewebsitewww.pandoragroup.
com, we have published a PANDORA Ethics Report each
year since 2010 andwe have honoured our commitment to
openly engage in stakeholder dialogue.
Going forwardwewill more proactively communicate our
responsible business practices to our consumers.We do this
with the dual purpose of catering for the generally growing
number of ethically conscious consumers aswell as to
strengthenour brand equitywithour loyal customers.
In 2014our production facilities inThailand greeted
visitors from national newspapers, lifestylemagazines
and bloggers from countries such as Italy, theUK, Poland,
France,Malaysia and Singapore, all with a keen interest in
CSR-related stories.
The benefits for PANDORA have been staggering, both in
terms of PR value from the numerous positive stories about
our designs, brand and responsible business practices
and the lessonswe have learnt in terms of which stories
andmessages resonatewithdifferent consumer segments.
In2015wewill use this valuable knowledge to further
strengthenour consumer communication through various
media channels.
