throughout the jewellery value chain. This commit-
ment is thebackboneof ourCSRpolicy and is re-
flected in internal operations and inour relationswith
external stakeholders. In 2010,wedecided to further
strengthen and systematiseourCSR activities inorder
tominimiseour negative – and increaseour positive -
impact on society.
PANDORACSR POLICY
Following a thorough consultationprocesswith key
stakeholders in 2010, we have used the beginning of
2011 to revise our CSR Policy that defines our ethical
aspirations across our value chain:
PANDORA is committed to advancing responsi-
ble business practices from the sourcing of gemstones,
preciousmetals andothermaterials to the crafting and
marketing of our jewellery.
We believe that corporate social responsibility and
our aspiration tooffer highquality and genuine jewel-
lery go hand inhand. Responsible business practices and
social awareness have always beenpart of PANDORA’s
DNA and they are virtueswhichwe strive to honour in
our daily operations aswell as through initiatives that
aim at raising the bar for the jewellery industry.
Furthermore,we believe that our growth shall
benefit our stakeholders andnot least our customers.

CSRSTEERINGCOMMITTEEANDCSRORGANISATION
In the beginning of 2010, we established a global CSR
SteeringCommittee, commissioned to coordinate and
monitor responsible business practices across our value
chain, from sourcing through crafting to the trading of our
jewellery.TheCommittee is headed by a dedicated, expe-
riencedCSRManager, and further consists of theHeads of
Production, SupplyChain, Sales, HR, CorporateCommuni-
cations andwith our Chief Development Officer represent-
ing topmanagement.TheCSR SteeringCommittee con-
venes once amonth. Eachmember of theCSRCommittee
is responsible for developing and embeddingCSR in their
ownbusiness areawhile drawing on the expertise of our
dedicatedCSR units located inCopenhagen andBangkok.
