STATEMENT
Today, theBoardofDirectors and ExecutiveBoardhavediscussed and approved theAnnual Report of PANDORA for thefinan-
cial year 1 January –31December 2014.
TheAnnual Report is prepared in accordancewith International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as adoptedby the EU and
additionalDanishdisclosure requirements for listed companies.
Inour opinion, the consolidatedfinancial statements and theParent Companyfinancial statements give a true and fair viewof
theGroup’s and theParent Company’s financial position at 31December 2014 andof the results of theGroup’s and theParent
Company’s operations and cashflows for thefinancial year 1 January –31December 2014.
Inour opinion, theManagement’s Review includes a true and fair reviewof thedevelopment in theGroup’s and theParent
Company’s operations andfinancial conditions, of the results for the year andof thefinancial positionof theGroup andParent
Company, aswell as a reviewof themore significant risks anduncertainty facing theGroup and theParent Company.
We recommend that theAnnual Report be approved at theAnnualGeneralMeeting.
