citizen and currently lives in
Hattingen, Germany.
Bjørn Gulden has been a

a member of the Remuneration
Committee. Bjørn Gulden is not
regarded as an independent Board member due to the fact
that he served as CEO of PANDORA during the period from
21 February 2011 until 1 July 2013.
