STANDARDS AND CERTIFICATIONS
Although having been ISO 9001 certifiedon our quality
standards for several years, PANDORA ProductionThai-
land has traditionally not benchmarked its performance up
against peers or external standards. In 2012, this changed
CRAFTING
whenwe certifiedon a number of CSR-related standards.
As alreadymentioned the entire PANDORA groupwas
in2012 certified up against the Responsible Jewellery
Council’s Code of Practices. On this occasion, our crafting
facility inThailandwas the PANDORA entity subject to the
strictest scrutiny by the independent audit teams. As it was
the case at the other audited PANDORA sites around the
world, onlyminor non-complianceswas found and recti-
fied. Also in2012, our integratedmanagement system at
PANDORAProductionThailand acquired the ISO14001
certification on environmental management aswell as the
OHSAS 18001 certification regarding health and safety.
