Product, People, Planet
At PANDORA, we are committed to developing and
manufacturing our Product with integrity, providing a
great environment for our People, and taking action to
minimise our environmental impact on the Planet.
We believe that Corporate Social Responsibility
(CSR) and our aspiration to offer high-quality and
affordable jewellery go hand in hand. Responsibility is
reflected in our company values of pride, passion and
performance and integrated in our business model and
daily operations. In addition, we proactively engage in
initiatives that aim to raise the ethical performance of the
jewellery industry.
Product, People, Planet is our way of operationalising
and communicating our CSR philosophy, approach and
goals so they are easy to understand for consumers,
employees, industry peers and other stakeholders. Product,
People, Planet ensures consistency across all of the
Group’s communication channels, fromwebsites and the
Annual PANDORACSRReport to training and internal
presentations. In2014, the PANDORAGroup focused on:
• continuing to roll out theGroup’s CSR and
compliance programme, PANDORA

• developing further transparency of CSR issues through
the Product, People, Planet communication strategy
• reducing our CO2 emissions and environmental
footprint, includingwastemanagement at PANDORA

CSR and complianceprogramme
PANDORA
Ethics
, our CSR and compliance programme,
covers all theGroup’s ethical policies, guidelines and tools
within human rights, health and safety, environment and
climate, business ethics and supplier relations. PANDORA
Ethics
is integrated into the entire value chain, from the
sourcing of materials and crafting of jewellery to the trading
of our jewellery at 9,906 points of sale around theworld.

fully covers the10principles defined
by theUnitedNationsGlobal Compact, and the entire
PANDORAGroup is certified compliantwith theprovisions
from theResponsible JewelleryCouncil’s (RJC) Codeof
Practices,which includes theUnitedNationsGuiding
Principles onBusiness andHumanRights.This demonstrates
thatwe eithermeet or exceed the standards for responsible
business practices in the jewellery value chain.

inDenmark,Thailand andHongKong, the strengthened team
will help further embedPANDORA
Ethics
in theGroup’s
local and global culture andmanagement structure.
Joint industry action
We are committed to advancing responsible business
practices, both internally and through active collaboration
with the jewellery industry. PANDORA is an activemember
of theUnitedNationsGlobal Compact and a certified
member of the RJC.
As amember of the RJC ExecutiveCommittee and
electedChair of themulti-stakeholder RJC Standards
Committee (consisting of leading jewellery brands, a range
of experts and relevant civil society organisations), we
are activelyworking to set new and higher standards for
responsible business practices throughout the industry.
PANDORA is also amember of the RJC’s Steering
Group onHumanRights aswell as the SteeringGroup
of theDanishBusinessNetwork for HumanRights.
Through these channels, we share approaches and lessons
learnt withpeers inorder to advance human rights in
daily operations.

At PANDORA, responsiblebusiness practices begin in the
designphasewith the choiceofmaterials and continues
through ethical sourcing, procurement andmanufacturing.
2014was thefirst full yearwithCSR compliance as oneof
thefivepillars driving thePANDORAGroupProcurement
strategy.
