HR succession tool that will help identify candidates for
leadership positions around the globe and ensurewe can
create a robust internal pipeline for the future.We are also
initiating a global graduate programme that will enable
high-performing young graduates to undergo a two-and-
a-half-year training programmeworking in four different
countries.The first pilot programme is being run inGroup
SupplyChain in2014 and 2015, and other departments are
alsobeing considered for the programme.
The continual additionof new talent is essential to
a dynamic, growing organisation.To ensure that we can
continue to attract the best people, we initiated a number
of projects in 2014 that helpus define the benefits and
opportunities that we offer our people.
HUMANRESOURCES
Our people are the heart of the PANDORAGroup and
their continual development has always been amaindriver
of our success.Tohelp everymember of our global team
feel empowered in their dailywork and prepare for future
challenges, we offer a number of training programmes
developed for various levels and areaswithin the
organisation.
Most training is runby local HR departments, ensuring
that content is directly related to our people’s dailywork.
This locally offered curriculum includes a centrally
developedmanagement training course designed tohelp
prepare the next generation of PANDORA leaders.The
course covers a range of topics, from personal effectiveness
to leadership, and almost 1,500 leadership training courses
were takenbymanagers around theworld.
Global training programmes, which bring together
people from around theworld, include the Life Leadership
Programme – a one-year development curriculum for vice
presidents andpotential vice presidents launched in 2012.
In2014, 20 leaders completed the programme, which
includes amodule developed and facilitated specifically for
PANDORAbyHarvardBusiness School.
Our e-learningplatform, PANDORAonDemand (POD),
is another essential tool that enablesmore than29,000users
worldwide, including shop associates innon-PANDORA-
ownedpoints of sale, to follow abroad selectionof training
modules.More than380,000POD e-learningmoduleswere
completed globally in2014, up from200,000 in2013.
In 2014, we also began a number of initiatives to ensure
stability of succession and bolster our reputation as an
attractive place towork. In 2014, we started developing an

An employee satisfaction survey can tell you
many things, but perhaps themost important
is how engaged your people are. Conducted
globally between January and September 2014,
theHeartbeat Survey took the pulse of our people.
Here are the highlights:
• 86% of our peoplewould recommend

• 81% of our people see the PANDORA values in
the organisation
